Kabod University is a series of pre-designed webinars that can be delivered live or pre-recorded.
At KABOD, we believe that emotional intelligence (EI) is a foundational principle that enhances an individual's effectiveness and overall contribution to the success of their relationships. These individuals have the ability to inspire others, demonstrate integrity, and are comfortable building relationships, among many other valuable skills.
Our emotional intelligence training is designed to be foundational support, and a sustainable tool to reinforce successful change management efforts. The training allows users to experience rich and effective engagements, learn best practices for real-time communication, and informs future strategy and engagement internally and externally. We achieve this by anchoring the training in the intersections between EI and the person centered approach, taking the participant from foundation to applicable person-centered practices that bolster thoughtfulness, compassion and intentionality.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, or DEI, has taken center stage in corporate and small business spaces. Employers are being called to actively work to create meaningful change despite a history of injustice that has marginalized underrepresented groups within the workplace. KABOD Consulting believes that DEI work is vital to creating and maintaining a successful workplace; one founded on the principle that all people can thrive personally and professionally.
Before you begin to re-evaluate your efforts and implement new practices, it’s important that you fully understand each component, both individually and how they work together. Our comprehensive approach to discovery and training in corporate and non-traditional spaces is our strong point. We believe that every organization's needs should be addressed case by case to remedy the complex and varied human experiences.
Very often, at the core of our internal barriers and challenges to showing up in the world in the fullness of our potential and greatness, lies unresolved trauma. Many believe that only people who have suffered significant events or experiences (i.e. war, rape, domestic violence, etc.) can suffer from trauma caused emotional and physical ailments. But the truth is, trauma is relative. If an experience and the memory of it has impeded your ability to show up in the world, you are dealing with some sort of trauma.
Our trauma informed trainings are designed to support organizations toward becoming trauma informed and supported. Together, in partnership with Street Addiction Institute Inc. (SAII) , KABOD has created a trauma informed practice presentation and series that is sure to benefit any organization in its pursuit of inclusion and equity through the knowledge of trauma informed practices.
Our Goal Alignment and Intentionality Series is designed to foster alignment and a new perspective for our participants. Goal setters across industries not only need access to hard skill-building resources but also access to soft skills and holistic perspectives to guide strategy.
We utilize a cohort-based model to enhance the experience of our participants. This allows for the creation of safe spaces to foster transparency and vulnerability, enabling participants to dig deep in the manifestation of their dreams and visions.
