This training engages participants with tools and strategies that foster a deeper understanding of Emotional Intelligence and the Human-Centered approach. The training allows users to experience rich and effective engagements, learn best practices for real-time communication, and inform future strategy and engagement internally and externally.
EQ 201: Transitioning from Ideation to Application
This training will equip participants with the tools and competencies that allow for emotionally intelligent experiences. In this space, we encourage users to connect their lived experiences to workplace interactions. Attendees will participate in an interactive values assessment that helps to better defines their “why” and creates a more cohesive workplace.
